Definitions:
Oman
Mobile: Oman Mobile Telecommunication
Company LLC
Service: Access to Oman Mobile Network
Subscriber: Any natural or legal entity having a contract for a service
with Oman Mobile
Contract: Any service application form signed by the subscriber. |

| Contract For an entity to enjoy our
services the following events must take place:
1. An application for the service/services shall be made on the application
form/forms, either physical or digital, provided by Oman
Mobile
2. Subscriber’s signature on the form shall be deemed acceptance
of Oman Mobile’s conditions and a proof
of the existence of the contract
3. On acceptance of the subscriber’s application, Oman
Mobile’s concerned department/departments shall process the
application form
4. The service shall be charged as of the date of activation of the customer
account/subscription

Use
1. The subscriber shall be responsible for managing (his/her/its) account/accounts
and shall not use Oman Mobile services to
cause any harm or to commit any unlawful act against any third party in
specific and/or the society in general.
2. Customer shall not attempt to resell any of the services provided to
(him/her) by Oman Mobile.
3. Charges and prices of the service/services shall be determined in accordance
with announced tariffs and any amendments thereto.
4. The Subscriber shall pay the charges and fees of the services on a
timely basis as mentioned in the respective bills. |

Termination
1. Oman Mobile may directly or through (OIFC) suspend or terminate the
service/services for non-payment or delay in payment by the customer of
any amounts , failure to receive bills or delay in receiving them shall
not be deemed an excuse for none payment or delay in payment.
2. Oman Mobile may suspend or terminate the subscribers’ service/
services if (he/she/it) breaches or violates any of the service stated
usage or for any other reasons it deems appropriate. |

Modifications of terms and
conditions of use:
Oman Mobile reserves the right to change the terms, conditions
and notices on its corporate website The subscriber shall be solely responsible
for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions and shall be bound
by them at all times. At anytime, Oman Mobile may introduce any amendments
it deems appropriate to the previous definitions or to the following terms
and conditions.
Note: Oman Mobile disclaims any and all liabilities whatsoever,
resulting from customer’s use of this site. Oman Mobile expressly
disclaims all warranties of any kind , wither express or implied.

How can they best use the service?
- Customer shall not carry out any unlawful activities which contradict
the social, cultural, political, religious or economical values of
the Sultanate of Oman or could cause harm to any third party.
- Customer shall be solely responsible for and shall bear all charges,
losses, damages arising from any use of his/her user identification
and/or password.
- Customer shall at all times use only his/her own ID and password
for accessing the Services.
- Any abuse and misuse of the Internet Services through e-mail or
news or by any other means; shall result in the termination of the
subscription and may result in the proceedings of Criminal or Civil
lawsuits against the Customer. Oman Mobile shall also be entitled
to disconnect the service to the Customer with or without notice.
- Ensure security, reliability and privacy of Oman Mobile’s
systems and network, and the networks and systems of others.
- Encourage the responsible use of Internet resources and Preserve
the value of Internet resources as a conduit for free expression.
- Preserve the privacy and security of individual users.
Please note that the Acceptable Omantel Use Policy applies not only
to Oman Mobile users, but anyone using Oman Mobile services from other
Internet Service Providers, on behalf of, or to advertise, any service
hosted by Oman Mobile, or connected via the Oman Mobile network.
